are stock manifolds the same?

So any ls manifold will work? Im not worried about where it exits.
the reason im asking is im taking my long tubes off and switching my whole exhaust. Its a stock 98 and its in an 88 iroc. I know the 98s were the worst years for ls but want a better exhaust manifold for now before eventually getting shorties or mid lengths.
i cut my drop springs and like where/how my car sits but the long tubes are scraping the ground, so ground clearance is my problem.
