Who to port Msd intake?
The gearing helps quite a lot. Surprised me how much faster the car felt with some gear. I've always read the internet myths about how much power lost for gear and going to a 9", etc. That's the only pretty direct comparison i've ever seen.
For sure. In my buddy's case it was a bit undergeared with the 3.73/4l80 combo. According to him that 4.30 gear is much better suited to his trans, and puts him into his powerband much better. If this was a 4l60 the outcome would probably have been very different
. Thinking about going to a 408 possibility.
