Need to ID an air cleaner lid

Need to ID an air cleaner lid This lid came with my car and I can't seem to figure out what brand it is. I'm having fitment issues and hope knowing the brand will get me pointed in the right direction.

The lid has a warp to it from what I can tell. If I lock in the rear 4 tabs the front doesn't lock well and when I get the front locked down the 2 middle tabs try to pull out of the holders.
There's a rubber weatherstripping around the bottom of the lid and I'm not sure if it's stock or if it's something I can yank off to shave a few mm in height.

None of them came with rubber weather stripping.. what type of filter are you running? I think the k&n come with a spacer of some sort to help it seal since they are thinner than OEM filters.

I attached 5 pics showing the fitment issue and the weatherstripping that's been added.
The more I play with it the more it seems like the base is set too low in relation to the maf and someone decided to try and make it work.

Can you post a picture of the front with it clamped down? Its not obvious the correct way to clamp the lid down. Mine kept popping loose until a friend showed me the trick. The front edge of the lid should be tucked into the bottom.
I had some sealing issues with my slp and k&n combo but my ftp and k&n seems to be an airtight seal.

Thanks for the help everyone. I took everything apart and put it together 1 piece at a time until I found the problem. Rollin nailed it. Once I pulled out the weatherstripping it all fit together nicely.
Glad its fixed! If you find that the air filter isn't sealed well at any point you could always try some thin foam tape, but i'm assuming its sealed up much better now.
Happy Salesman may be right on the brand.. now that i look at it, you can see where the 2 pieces come together like the FTP lids do. If you measure the inner diameter of the neck and its 98mm then theres a good chance its a FTP 98
