Holley Covers and Truck coils
Holley Covers and Truck coils So is it true that the Holley valve covers have higher coil consumption and that if upgrading the valve covers on an ls1, one should use LS9 covers and LS2 coils and harness even if you have a catch can setup, and to not worry about getting truck coils because not only do they not fit the LS9 covers, but there is no advantage to them based on how the ECM regulates the coils? Just need updated information.
What options are out there for covers without the provisions for coil mountings for a smoother and overall cleaner look that don't have oil consumption issues?

Nothing. The question pertains to the Holley valve covers themselves. It was speculated that some shipped without baffles. No longer a concern for me however, as I'm now thinking about a set of LSV01 from claytonmachineworks.
