OEM throttle body and MAF should be OK for now.

ls6 intake or for nearly the same price a Dorman ls2 intake manifold over the ls6
ram air kit
larger throttle body with truck maf if you go with the Dorman manifold
handheld tuner or custom tune if there's somebody close to where you live.
ditch the egr and air systems
coolant bypass mod
if you have extra cash and feel adventurous you can do an aluminum flywheel
And as said, use the larger 4-bolt throttle body (no choice there..lol). This combo WILL gain power!

i would recommend a better quality throttle body just on the shape of the IAC passage alone, but other than that, the cheapo TB aren't any more complicated to tune than the nice ones. there's just only so much you can do with a P01 ECM and the IAC.
