Default Dyno Numbers Mods Sound Right??

I'm looking to buy this particular 1998 Camaro SS w/ 91,000 miles. For the mods listed, does the dyno # sound right?

SLP Lid
Speed Engineering 1 7/8" headers, no cats
Magnaflow Exhaust
Transzilla 6-Speed transmission

Tuned put down 329HP. Sounds a bit low to me...supposedly tuned for optimum AFM over max hp.

What y'all think?

For just a CAI and good exhaust, sounds within reason for rwhp.

Your going to need to get your heads ported to make that kind of power. Remember the power comes from the heads.

329 whp - What type of dyno? Lot of other factors too.
Probably about right to pretty good on a correctly set up Mustang Dyno.

I'd be concerned on the typical DynoJet. On a DynoJet I've seen several stock to the air filter, M6 02 LS1 cars make 320 whp to 324 whp

LS1 intake? That's definitely will hold the car back.

He's asking about my car. It's a 1999. It ran ok, but weird when I bought it in 2013 and had multiple codes for knock sensors. After changing both knock sensors out, I took it to the only tuner we have locally, Shelley Performance in Spokane, WA. I have no idea what type of dyno they have. I dropped it off, went to work and picked it up the next day.

The tech said the timing tables and fuel trims were all out of whack and said he tunes for optimum AFM throughout the rpm range, not max horsepower.
The initial run was 258whp. After the tune it did 329hp.
This was with the SLP airbox, LS1 intake, terrible Ebay 1 5/8" headers, a Pacesetter (or similar) y pipe and a questionable Dynomax catback. Also, it apparently has 3.90 gears in it. He said he had to adjust my speedometer, because it was off.

Since that run, I have put Speed Engineering 1 7/8" headers on it, had a 3" y pipe with a Magnaflow merge made, and put on a Magnaflow catback. Once I upgraded the exhaust components, the entire tone of the engine changed and my 2000rpm machine gun popping completely disappeared.

I have not had it dynoed since but I'm sure it's not making less power than it did when I had it tuned.

Just a little more context for the conversation.

That exhaust sounds like ~329whp set up maybe a little better than the stock 00-02 exhaust on a WS6 or SS but not much better.

The car may have picked up a fair bit of hp with the SE 1 7/8 headers etc. I wouldn't be surprised if redyno'd that the car was 340-350whp on a DynoJet
