Default Power Steering Leak

Not exactly sure where to put this thread, just hoping for some insight.

Started leaking power steering fluid out of nowhere. I have a TurnOne PS pump and am using AN fittings for all of the connections. It looks like the fitting itself is failing but I can't tell. I replaced the line with another one using fittings I know to be good, and they started leaking in the exact same spot. I have some images to help with a visual. It looks like it is just seeping through the fitting at the manufactured connection spot. No idea why it started now, I've been running this setup for over 5k miles without any issues. Anyone have any ideas?

The fitting in the shot is actually the second one. I replaced the first one thinking that would solve the issue but it didn’t. Now I’m thinking there might be a way to over tighten them or something?

If you have a Harbor Freight store nearby, get one of their O ring kits. You might be able to fit an O ring in the connector to stop the leak.

I am not sure where I would fit the O-ring. The leak is coming from the pre-assembled elbow in the AN fitting.

To my knowledge, there is not supposed to be any O-rings in the an fittings. The piece that screws into the hose end doesn't have one, and the fitting itself doesn't have one. Which makes me wonder why everyone's 'fix' is to get more O-rings. More importantly, I don't know how those are supposed to disassemble in order to even get an O-ring in there

yeah it was tough to explain so I’m hoping these photos clear some things up and people can give me some ideas because I’m lost
I just got a stock line and made it fit around the front facing manis, it’s not leaking anymore but those fittings look broken, all of em
