Engine Dies please HELP!

Recently done an engine swap from 4.8 to 6.0, only swapped bottom end, reused 799s intake etc.. retuned and it runs great! But ive found if im idling and stomp the accelerator when the engines rpms come back down the engine dies, it will start back up and idle again.. but if I stomp the accelerator again, engine dies again! Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Thanks

Sounds like a tuning issue. Have you talked to your tuner?

I have not, my tuner is 3 hours away, was hoping that someone else had experienced this problem and could give me an idea other than tune because it runs really well other than this issue

What throttle body are you using? Aftermarket or oem? DBW or cable?

Its a tune issue. Likely just base airflow is a touch low. Only fix is in the tune. If you have HPTuners you can fix it via email vs driving

My car used to do that sort of thing. I had to do a IAC valve relearn every once in a while and that got the car on track. Something probably could of been changed in the tune also.
