I figured it might be a little hard to make out what you’re looking at. It basically looks like he welded some hangers to the part of the tips where they slide over the pipe and then welded the other end of the hanger to a little bracket that screws into the existing frame holes. Then on the part of the dummy pipe, another little bracket that screws into the frame.
