Where can I get one of these

I'm setting up a LQ4 truck intake and I'm trying to get the PB vacuum port set up.
I need one of these (Pic 1) to make the manifold I'm setting up (Pic 2) so it will accept one of these (Pic 3)

They sell pic number 3 at the dealer GM# 12559760. ICT also has a billet one. ICT# 551927-BARB

You need the receptacle in pic number 1 to accept it. That is not sold separately.

I've got the piece in Pic 3.

Does the piece in Pic 1 pull out?
I can twist it, but I didn't want to get too rough and break it. If it is supposed to come out, I'll just use that one.
