Default Those of you with the MTI Lid please come in...

I have the MTI lid for my formula but the support bracket that goes under the filter is missing. Can someone get some good pics of this bracket so I can make one. I don't think it'll be to hard, just need to see what it looks like and where exactly it fits. TIA

do you mean the removable plate that the filter sits in? That came from the factory. I have an MTI lid and am not sure what you are looking for.

Part number 4 in the above pic. Not sure if it's a factory piece of if the one on the MTI is different, it was missing when I got the car.

Instant message MM98 or Brandon and see if they can get you the part #. Send them the picture too...

25166571 is the GM part number. Quite expensive, like $40 from GM Parts Direct, $70 factory. For some reason my car was missing this piece too when I bought it. Everything else on my car was stock, so I have no clue why mine was missing this piece either. I bought a replacement off a guy who was parting out a wrecked car on here. Good luck finding the piece.

Thanks for the info... I'm thinking I'm going to make my own, much cheaper that way.
