Default Who makes 2" headers that fit Fbodies?

I have a 427. Running 1 7/8" headers but I'd like to step up to 2" headers. Anyone make a set that will fit our cars?

Car is a 2001 Trans Am.

Does your car have an aftermarket light weight K-member? When I asked same question in 2017 was told by a couple of vendors the light weight tublar k member really opens up the options for different brands of 2 inch headers to fit.

IIRC DynaTech has a 2 inch that fits the stock K member with minimal clearancing typically required around the stock k member. The 2 inch Kook's fit with more clearancing around the stock k member required.

I didn't want to get a light weight tublar k member or deal with clearancing so stuck with 1 7/8 Kook's.

My question is...Why!
That 1/8" isn't gonna make any real difference. Now if you were stepping up from 1-3/4" then yes
Now if your current headers are beat up, trashed and ready for a new set. Then that would be a good reason to get 2". But if it's just for the sake of the oooo--aaahhhh of having 2" primaries, well it's your money.

How much power are you making? If it's under 700fwhp, 2" primaries really won't make any difference based on testing.

Our local dyno has shown gains of 7-8 rwhp over the 1 7/8" if you are above 600 rwhp and running a 427 or bigger.

Many threads on Corvette Forum showing gains with 2’ headers over 1 7/8’ headers. 2 1/8” headers show even more gains over 1 7/8” at rpm. ARH in my opinion make the highest quality set. I have a set on my Chevelle and it’s quality from flange to collector. Great choice of header for your F-Body.

I can see that, that's why I asked how much power. 700 fwhp is probably pretty close to that 600rwhp number. And you have to keep those big engines breathing especially if you're turning RPM. I know on my 402 and 660+ going from 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 was only worth like 10hp at peak on the engine Dyno, but I'm not turning a lot of rpm either, peak at 6650.

Different chassis but we made the most HP with a set of ARH headers, very nice build quality on them.

I think Kooks is the best option. I have their true-dual over-the-axle exhaust and 1 7/8 headers on my LS1, and it sounds better than any non-Kooks exhaust sound byte or video that I listened to. It is expensive, but it just sounds right... unless you prefer crackles and pops in your exhaust note.
