Is this LS6 intake safe to use?

Is this LS6 intake safe to use?

I bought this LS6 intake on Ebay. The price seemed a little too good to be true, but the seller didn't disclose any damage to the intake whatsoever, so I took a chance and bought it.

The intake arrived with a crack at the base of the intake, extremely dirty, and full of junk. (pics below)

Is this intake worth cleaning up and using, or should I just save myself the trouble and return it? Would it be unsafe to use with that crack being close to an intake runner?

What do you think? Thanks in advance!

I don't think the crack would spread to the runner, BUT having said that, I would send it back.
Seller is sloppy for sending something like that out.

My first worry would be if the price was too good to be true are you sure it's an LS6 intake?

Any pictures of the bottom underside?

On the underside is the bottom flat on the intake manifold?
