Default Motion Raceworks catch can setup question (with diagram)

I'm certain this has been answered, but I can't find it for the life of me.

I'm setting up a Motion Raceworks catch can on a 2000 Ls1, and I am unsure what to do with this crankcase hose (PICTURED BELOW). Am I supposed to leave it? Cap the fittings? Help a noob out

Remove it, cap the openings. Once you have a catch can, the factory PCV fittings and hoses no longer have a function.

Thank you for replying! I know it's a silly question, but none of the Motion Raceworks videos explicitly tell you what to do with this hose, so I wanted to be sure!

I think I'm going to call Motion Raceworks on Monday to be absolutely certain. All input is appreciated If anyone else has experience with this type of catch can

Almost all catch cans work on the same principle. And if you have one, you're likely running it to keep oil from contaminating your intake, right? That hose running from your valve cover to your intake is 100% going to suck oil up inside of it and deposit it on the floor of your intake. Which, basically, is negating you having the catch can installed.

That makes sense. You are talking about the hose running from the throttle body to the passenger side valve-cover, correct? (not the hose running directly into the side of the intake manifold, which is also capped)

I have seen setups where it's capped and where it's not capped. Are you boosted or N/A? If you are boosted you HAVE to cap it off. Otherwise you'll boost the crankcase.
