I found an old thread on here with some posts regarding throttle body clearance issues when using an ls3 intake with the truck accessory bracket and the gen IV water pump. Mine is a gen III and I was wondering if there are newer solutions around that will enable me to use the ls3 intake, Holley angled 4 bolt-3bolt tb adapter and the stock cable driven tb on my 01 sierra? Build is lq4 decked, line honed and bored .010. Ls3heads and intake, 90mm truck tb, forged rods and pistons, ARH 1 7/8" headers, all new hardware and assorted sensors my 01. Cam .601/.601 lift 218/228 dur @050 112 lobe sep. Springs seat @ 130-150 lbs open @ 325-400 lbs. I definitely want to run a racetronix setup just not sure what I might need and also not sure if the 42lb injectors on the ls3 mani will support this build. Any help is appreciated TIA!

The injectors will support your build. With that camshaft I would not bother using LS3 heads and intake. With the increased compression from the block decking a worked over set of cathedral 243/799's would work extremely well. Is this a street driven vehicle? What vehicle and drivetrain?

Seems to me a number of years ago either Car Craft or Hot Hod magazines did a tech article on how to relocate the idler so the serpentine belt will clear the TB.
Might be a lot easier and cleaner to use a 2002 Camaro water pump and FEA brackets from ICT?

2001 gmc 2500hd. Im not building it for max effort. Building it for use. Wanted to keep the power where i can use it. Will the camaro bracket keep the pulleys at 3” like the truck brackets do? Also ill try to find that article

On the LS engines FEA there is 2002 Camaro, truck and Corvette. Corvette is the most compact. The Camaro is next and then the truck FEA.
Again I would contact ICT to see what they can put together FEA wise.
