Seperate MAF from IAT

Is there a good write up on how to seperate your IAT from your MAF? I'm running a late gen3 truck harness and P59 ECM. Looking for what wires are for the IAT and which IAT would/should I use.
I have a '64 Nova and the IAT is getting heat soaked (90+ degrees on a 40 degree day) as the MAF/IAT are located right in front of the radiator.
Also I think there is NO WHERE under the hood to mount an IAT without it getting heat soaked as the EBAY is tight and the airflow is awful. So with that my air intake is from the front drivers side inner fenderwell and I was thinking I would put the IAT outside the ebay in the air pickup tube. I don't think thats a great location but relatively speaking I think it's the best one I have.
Thoughts and help?

The POINT of having an IAT in your intake is to MEASURE the "heatsoak" so that your tune can acommodate the Intake Air Temperature... That is the only reason we use IAT.
.
. No need to bother with MAF wires, just run a pair of pins to the P59
.
C2 (Green) pin 25 IAT sensor ( existing wire from MAF isTAN)
C2 (Green) pin 57 IAT low reference ( existing wire is BLacK)
.

heatsoaking he MAF sensor from the radiator isn’t the same as the IAT measuring the air temperature thru the intake tract.
i did separate/relocate the IAT and I’m seeing much more realistic temps. I’m sure it’s a smidge off but it’s not warming up that much thru roughly 24” air tract.

Don't really need a harness for this, find the two wires, clip them and splice on the connector and run it where you need it, heat shrink the clipped ends on the MAF connector and tape it back up in the harness.
All these "harnesses" people sell are a money grab. Then again I do my own wiring so if you have skills you save money.
