Default LS3 L99 Camaro Water Pump Tensioner? some noise now

I'm looking for the correct tensioner for a 2010-2015 camaro LS3 L99 for the main accessory drive. I'm seeing conflicting part numbers and want to make sure I get the correct one. I currently have a manual tensioner and looking to see if I can swap it out for a spring tensioner to help with random belt noise. If possible one that isn't $100+. I read that corvette spaced tensioner could work but not sure.I would prefer a Dayco No slack but any high quality would work. This is a swap basic 5.3 with new AC delco Ls3 L99 pump and truck accessory spacing with all new accessories. I verified alignment and its really good but the noise doesn't sound like belt... almost sounds like a squeak and not a squeal. I used a stethoscope and some bearings sound alittle louder but no pulley wobble or anything.
