Default Aem electric oil sensor install?

Can anyone advise where they are putting the sensors for and aem electric Guage? I was thinking to use the one behind intake since only the 98 fbodys were showing true oil pressure. Any place else I can put the sensors?

A good place is the oil cooler bypass plate thing right above the oil filter.

I have an m16 1.5 oil pressure t where my factory oil pressure sensor goes, the factory sensor screws into the top of it and on the side it has an 1/8 npt where i have a pressure sensor screwed in and it goes to holley so my factory oil gauge works and the pressure sensor shows oil pressure to holley as well.

You can get them on Amazon, this is the one I got. The only thing I suggest is using a copper crush washer instead of the one that comes with it. Mine had just a slight leak, nothing to the extend of dripping oil but it was a little moist so I pulled it back of an installed a copper crush washer with a little loctite on it and its dry as can be now.

on the drivers side rear behind the intake manifold where the factory oil pressure sensor goes that is where its installed. I unscrewed the factory oil pressure sensor and screwed in that tee and then screwed the factory sensor into the top of it so its still in factory location so nothing had to be changed there and then put the 2nd sensor for holley on the npt fitting in the side of it.

I found the old picture of my old motor but it shows the sensor in the factory location, unscrew that and put the tee then screw new sensor into npt on side and run wires.

I know about that area. Do you have pick of second area to put pressure sensor? Or just put there and unplug stock sensor?

the tee allows you to screw in the stock sensor and an aftermarket so you can have both so you can keep your factory gauge and still have an aftermarket as well.
unscrew the factory one, screw in the tee, screw factory gauge into the top, aftermarket screws into the side.

I ordered that adapter but looks like the aem sensor is same size as the stocker so I need to get another adapter to fit into the 1/8 fitting.
