Where can I find the Torc Tite exhaust clamp.

Where can I find the Torc Tite exhaust clamp. I got three with my Y pipe and really liked them. I got a pair of the Jegs pre formed ones but I don't really like them as much. They also don't seem to be a great fit. The 3" ID barley fits around the pipe. I asked Torc tite a while back and they said Napa but I just called my local store and they said they don't carry the band clamps at all. Also tried Auto Zone and Pep Boys without any luck. Thanks
