Default Cutouts just after collectors… good idea?

I’ve been considering installing two cutouts on my car. One right onto each 3” collector on my KooKs headers.

Would this help at the track and on the dyno or just kill the low end torque? Essentially running open headers.

But in general cutouts right after header do not fair well with LS1's as the O2 sensors tend to get foul readings.
IMO better to put them in the Y-Pipe at least 1 foot after collector.
