Best sound for the money = electric cutout

Best power for the money = Nitrous (these cars respond excellently, but make sure you get all the safety equipment)

Summary: for $1000, you've got a very, fast nasty sounding, beast. Good luck.

If you are looking for a good sounding exhaust you have to research this. There are so many out there, and so many have different sounds. Go to the exhaust forum, I beieve there is a link to an LS1 web page that has all differnt makes of exhaust, ie: Basanni, Borla, Flow master(Which I wouldnt recomend....they dont FLOW as well as they say)....Research and study is the best way to get what you are looking for.

Oh yeah, Happy Belated, VERY nice B-day gift to yourself, and LOVe that thing...it shouldn't let you down!!

I second the cut-out. They are loud, deep, and throaty. I think they sound great!

I think that the GMMG sounds great. I have a friend that has a Borla. It's okay but at wot I think that the GMMG is the best. Headers I would look at Kook's or FLP's. They both are very good headers. With the FLP's you can run either orp or cats, and it is easy to switch out when you won't to. Also if I was going to get a WS6 again the first mod that I would do is to make it a true Ram Air with the BGRA. You won't see any gains at the dyno with it, but at the track or on the street it is awesome. Hope this helps you out a little bit.

Glad to hear we converted another ricer Start with the basic mods, and then once those don't feel "fast" anymore.......start the major modding

Check out www.ls1sounds.com and just pick whatever you like! While you got the cash though, you might want to consider looking into getting a rear. I know your car is stock, but eventually you might need a new one and when you do it sucks when you’re short on cash and need to buy something expensive like that. You might not see any gain in doing it now, but when you do get some more muscle put in your beast, and then you will be very happy you got a rear . Slap on a pair of slicks and get this front wheels off the ground

I'd put some headers, duals with x-pipe, and 1 chamber Flowmasters as far as exhaust. I had that on my 02 Z-28 and it was the best sounding exhaust I'd ever heard. The regular Flowmasters don't flow too great, but the 1 chamber race mufflers do. The sound is unbeatable as well. Just search the site, you can find anything else you are wondering here as well.

spend it on nothing yet just get to know how to handle the car if it is your dd I recommend 6months before you mod it if not dd maybe 1yr. remember you are 18 and not that experienced with 320hp unless you have had a few 12second accords you are in need of driving lessons go to an open lot and have fun but at first you need to drive it remember this car goes sideways in 2nd gear going stragiht unlike you accord where you had to turn and floor the car so the tires would ride on edge and squell. Above all else don't listien to your friends you will ruin your car. Good luck and Be safe.
