Default Cats or No Cats on new Y-Pipe?

Hi
I just bought a set of Pacsetter long tubes (coated) for my 99 SS Convertible. I have a magnaflow cat-back, which I love the sound of. I need your opinions on wether I should go with a ORY or TSPs new Catted Y pipe.
My primary converns are:
1. I don't want the car to smell like a gas station (unburnt fuel)
2. I don't want rasp
3. It can't be crazy loud at below 3,000 rpms or so.
4. Price $150 vs. $370

What do you think I should go with?

You definitely would need the cats then. Just go with the cats, you'll be happier in the end, and none of the unwanteds will show up. Good luck.

I personally would skip the cats but in your case you sound like you definitely need them.
That TSP catted Y looks decent for the money too.

I have an ORY, it's loud and a bit raspy, it smells, but a WOT you can't beat it. I love mine.
