I had a bullet with my LT's, ory-pipe, and LM and it killed about 10% of the rasp. Installed a Borla XR1 and it killed 99% of the rasp.
To me the bullet is a waste of money and time once you compare it to a Borla XR1.
Search for Borla XR1, there are links on how to install it etc.

I've got long tubes ORY and the Texas Rumbler. Just replaced the Bullet with the Borla XR-1 and Rasp is 97% gone. Absolute music to my ears. Highly recomended, my car no longer sounds like a machine gun!!!

I have had a LM w/Borla Xr-1's on my car since I bought it about 18 months ago (with 12k miles on it). The car has a real nice sound to it that I get a decent amount of compliments about. It's not raspy at all, but I only have shorty headers and stock catted Y-pipe though. I will be adding LT's and orp very soon and curious as to how much different it will sound

enough to want to quiet it down without having to put the block-off plate in the integral cutout. It only sounds like *** at around 2k RPMs.

lol 97% exactly?...what did you use, a rasp-o-meter. I'm just messing with ya. I'm going to see if I can get my buddy to put an XR-1 in place of his LM resonator.

I just did the swap of a loudmouth 1 to a borla xr-1(LT headers with ory pipe). Alot of the rasp is gone and its has a smoother sound coming out of it. Its still loud but just alot more "controlled". If LM1 was a 10, then I'd say the XR-1 is a 8/8.5. Im going to miss scaring plp though lol, but the sound is "better".
