If you can feel the difference after a lid you must have a calibrated ***. Only a 5 HP boost might make .1 sec difference on track at most, that would be really hard to feel while driving. I would say gears, new shift points, or headers would be best sotp bolt-ons. But like said many time before, it is the combo of several of them not any one item that you really feel.
