This all I need for ASP pulley, or do I need a Balancer bolt?

I highly recommend using the tool that code4 makes.
After seeing how few threads actually go into the crank to pull the pulley on with an old bolt, it's very risky. The all thread allows you to thread it into the crank a good 3/4".
