PS cooler and SLP CAI interference?

PS cooler and SLP CAI interference? My 2002 SS has the power steering cooler in front of the radiator where the SLP CAI would usually go. Does this mean i can't install the CAI i bought? 
My PS cooler is inline with the radiator hose. 
Maybe this is a tranny cooler? Anyway, my trans
cooler barely missed interfering with the CAI, but
between the two of them they walled off airflow
prety badly and that's why I hacked mine up.
You could relocate the cooler, perhaps. Or go and
do your own "surgery" on the CAI. Or, send it back
since the CAI raised my SS' IAT readings over the
stock hood alone.
