open cut with all the rain?
i just put a cut out on my ta, sounds rowdy but i was wondering, is it ok to drive with it open in rain? am i going to get rain water or dirt in the rest of my exhaust?

Yea, not a problem at all running open cutout in the rain. Think about it, your exhaust comes firing out at high rates of speed and it's really hot. There's no way you'll get rain into your pipes, the force of the exhaust gases are too much.

Yep.. that's the truth.. Pulled of the band clamp connecting the y and the i last week, and a few ounces of water poured out..

I ran open cutout here in FL for the last three months...yes, my car sat in my uncovered parking lot during all those hurricanes. Never experienced a problem, she always fired up and ran great...and that was through hurricanes.
