OK - This gotta be the best TB porting writeup I have seen so far.
Very detailed, and has a lot more step-by-step pics than the writeup posted on ls1camaro.net by Xraymnoyes

i dont know about the bondo in the throttle body, i thought most people used some kind of epoxy?

Yea, They use epoxy. You can use anything you want as long as it sticks to a metal, and can be polished...

Yea, I don't know why it's not working anymore. Someone shut it down. It was a nice write-up. Good thing I saved the whole page on my hard drive. I'll be doing my TB porting tomorrow
