Optima Red Top Battery - doesn't fit :( ! Help !

if it keeps sliding around it might be caused by the trim that holds the battery in place i broke mine and my optima slid around

Yup.

Check your battery holder. There should be a lip on the side near the radiator/core support. They are very easily broken.

I have an optima, it fits find with the stock hardware.

hat looks like something we all could surely use... Which of the sponsors has it ? I'm buying one.. just in case!
Year One is the only place that sells them.

then search for part # BHFBLK or do a keyword search for battery strap. I think they also make them in Red as well.

The part number for the one in RED is BHFRED

The battery, as of now, fits very securely in the tray and doesn't swish [is that a word lol] around at all... However, I'm gonna get this strap, just as insurance can't go wrong for $16
