BBK TB help!

BBK TB help! I installed a BBK power plus 80mm TB on my 00' A4 Z28. I let the car run untill it reached proper temp, and when i went out for a drive the gas pedal is real hard to push down. If i push with force i burn rubber, and if ease into it it looks like im bucking. what could be the problem. Does it just need to be broken in?

the spring is super hard at first on the blade but you'll get used to it.did you mean that you think its hanging up?mine did that and i had to adjust idle screw to stop that from happening.bbk said the vacuum from the motor makes the blade stick if you can believe that.keep adjusting it till you get it right.

the BBK blade is too big for the bore of their TB which causes it to stick in placed (quality controle is very poor on these things).......if you take some time to clearance the blade to the bore the it will work fine........I spent hours on mine...
