thinking for headers but dont know how loud with my catback help!!

i am going to do a slp loudmouth with a borla xr1 muffler. i was wantin to put a set of long tubes on but i dont know if it would be TO LOUD! as any one done this or know of someone that has

You will be fine with the borla muffler. Do a search, a lot of people have done it.

They call it borlamouth

ya i saw that but to only has 2 cars on it i was wonderin if someone on hear might have done it or heard a car with it to see if it would be to loud with headers and ORY

"Too" loud would have to be your own judgement. I think it would be too loud unless you left the catalytic converters in place.

Personally, I would run an off-road y-pipe and a pair of round Borla XR-1s at the tailpipes. That should keep the noise down.

I've got QTP longtbes and a catted Y on my car with a LM, stock resonater.It sounds fine, if you are gonna leave cats on the car, don't worry about it, if not, then swap in a muffler. I'll be doing a cam this spring most likly, I'm sure it's gonna get alot louder then.. but nothing to extreme. Just keep your foot out of it when going by a cop.
