I heard the SLP smooth bellows won't fit on the 90mm TB, is this true, and if so, what are the guys using that have 90mm TB's?

I was under the impression that the SLP bellows wouldn't fit, as well...but a member of this site...Cannibal, I think...was able to make his SLP bellows fit. I bought this one:

...but I'm going to attempt to make my SLP bellows fit first.

I'm also running the airflow one listed in the link above. Fits great. I'm running SLP 85mm MAF and TPIS 90mm TB.

Well, Jason99T/A dyno tested it on his, and said there was only a 1-2 rwhp gain between the stock MAF and the 85mm MAF. The only reason I'm running it is because it makes it much easier to run the 85mm lid that way, being that it has a built in bellow that will fit both the 78 and 85 mm lids. The way I see the 85mm maf is that you're just helping out one area that can be slightly improved, and by the time you have heads and cam "slight" improvements are all you will find left to do. As far as retuning, I don't think its absolutely necessary, but recommended.
