18 inc vs 12 inc bullet... is the longer one quieter or what? im hoping it is.. i just ordered one to shove on the end of my y pipe for a while.. the open cutout isn't too loud at idle or low rpms, but at wot with headers it attracts to much attention.. im hoping the longer bullet cant just cut some of this down a lil bit.. i can sneak by the cops at low rpms lol
anyone have experience with teh longer bullet.. the muffler length is 18 inches vs 12 and i believe the overall length is 24 inches... same diameter ect.
i will also be running a turndown on the end of it.. hope that helps kinda angle the sound towards the ground a lil bit..
Does anyone know if those cone inserts by dnyosomething work? they sale a turndown with one mounted in it supposed to cut down the noise without reducing flow, i doubt ill lose much with the straight thru muffler vs cutout.
