slp headers a big flop?
1) Bolt-ons
2) MTI C1/ Stock Heads
3) TSP 231/237/ Stock Heads (Y and X pipes)
4) TSP 231/237/ TEA 1.5's/ LS6 intake (X and Y pipes); SLP's for 9months, QTP's for 3.
5) TSP 231/237/ TEA 1.5's/ FAST90 (Y pipe) QTP
The QTP's plain and simply have more response all around with #4 setup.

#4 (with SLP's) ran 11.8 @ 118 (dog days of summer)
similar 60's.
QTP/FAST 90 untested @ track, no dyno yet.

I am hoping for 118 traps after I go back to the track with the ls6 and pulley. Should be getting a dyno tune soon.

Here's a low quality clip I recorded with my cell phone: series is open/closed.

Too add to the whole clearance argument, the dual cutout Y will lose a little clearance over the non cutout Y, but I have more clearance than my old SLP setup.
