Default Dropping Cat-back Opinions Please

Hi all,
I constantly run with my QTP cut-out open all the time. So I decided I would save the 50lbs and drop the cat-back. Well the sound is night and day. It is way cool, but way loader too. Also I have the rear end out right now so it was easy to do. Once the rear is back in it will be a pain in the *** to reinstall the exhaust. So my question is should I risk the noise and possibility of hating it or getting a noise ticket or put the cat-back back on and run the cut-out?

Thanks.

I'd leave the cat-back on and leave the cut out open. In the end do whatever you want, I don't give a $hit.

What do the voices tell you?

I'd leave it on...

Just add a 3" bullet after the y and dump it. When I had stock cats and exhaust manifolds I never closed my cutout. I would have been better off just yanking off the entire catback and adding a 3" bullet. the bullet would have tamed down the exhaust and saved a lot of weight.
