Cutout I need just the cap for a cutout. Visited a few sponser's sites and could only find the cutout itself along with the cap. Anyone know where I can buy just the cap and wingnuts?

There was a thread about this a while ago. I think what was decided was that your best bet was to go to a machine shop and have them fab it up and buy the wing nuts at a hardware store
