Fast 90mm Throttle body fix?
There is the "drill mod" where you remove the throttle cam set screw, mark it's location on the shaft, remove the cam, drill a slight indentation in the shaft to allow the set screw to set into the shaft.
Hold the TB up to a light source and look for an even clearance between the throttle blade and housing...if you can't see light all the way around, then the blade may be scrubbing the bore, causing the blade to stick. I used sand paper to smooth down the areas of the blade that were scrubbing the bore.
Mikey at Rapid Motorsports recommends puting some electrical tape on the throttle shaft where the TPS slides on to "tighten up" the fit of the TPS on the shaft. He also recommends slotting the TPS mounting holes to allow it to be rotated to adjust for proper voltage readings. Check out these threads:

FWIW, I had to send 2 back. The 3rd has been on for 2 weeks and is now working fine (it stuck on the first drive after install but has not stuck since then). I wrapped the TB shaft with electrical tape to insure a tight fit to the TPS. I get very accurate TPS readings and no sticking.
