Even on the garage floor it is easy, just make sure you have some wratcheting wrenches....soo much easier. It is very straight forward, just don't forget to remove the oil dipstick tube!

a lift definitely helps. no question about that. if you can use one, do it. makes it go 2-3x faster.

Ratcheting Wrenches? Nope...just regular ol wrenches and ratchets.

Honestly I wouldnt recommend this for normal stuff...but you can go to target and get a nice set of metric and standard wratcheting wrenches for like 20 bucks. They seem to be made relativly well and they definatly can come in handy. I wouldnt recommend using them to bust some rusty control arm bolts but for 20 bucks you really cant go wrong.

i did mine in the garage with jack and stands and it took me just about 4 hours start to finish for the headers. for the passengerside it made it alot easier for me to remove the coil assembly. just unplugged the connector and took the 5 10 mm bolts out that hold it to the valve covers and the whole thing slides right out. you don't have to do it that way but it gave me more room for my arms to get to the bolts and stuff

Yes you have to remove the oil dipstick. First its bolted to the manifold and second when you go to put in the new header it would be in between the header and the head unless you move (REMOVE) it. I did them on Ws6sojuiced01's car and it was a breeze. 'Course I had a lift

It wasn't that bad at all doing pacesetters on hitmeoff's car. Our only gripe was getting the car WAY WAY up there so we could slide the pacesetters in.
