its for my 99

i was porting it today and i think i fugged up the blade and its letting too much air in cause now it kinda hangs at like 2k when i let off the gas.

it eventually drops down to like 900 but it takes like 10 second after stopping

First off, try loosening the blade screws and put
them back to barely snug, open the TB fully and
let the spring snap it shut. Do this a few times and
the blade will be centered up for best closed position.
Be sure the stop-screw is not limiting the closed
travel for this exercise, you want it to seat itself.
Then carefully tighten the screws and re-adjust the
stop-screw to -just- keep the blade from going over
dead-closed and sticking.

A really slow idle drop probably indicates an air leak
that is being fought by the idle trimming process.
This might be blade seating or it could be a leak
in the IAC servo seal, the PCV, or the intake-TB
O-ring. Use the usual vacuum leak detection methods
to rule this out.
