Question Parts for Installing True Duals and Headers

Hey guys, i know you arent gonna like this, but im gonna spit it anyway. Fact of the matter is, im over here in Fallujah, yeah Iraq, and im wanting to buy some parts ive been wanting, so that theyre sitting there waiting on me when i get back. In any other situation, id search and find out what i need to know on my own, but due to time limits on the computers, thats kinda hindered.
So, I want to do Pacesetter headers and a TSP true dual setup. I want the header with no emissions fittings, and im not gonna run any cats. What i dont know is what others pieces of the puzzle i need. I dont know what other parts i need to buy in order to NOT have emissions, to eliminate all that crap, and things of that nature. Thats basically it though. I know there are some little gadgets and things i need in order to do that, and not run cats, i just dont know what. So if you could help me out, itd be greatly appreciated. Take it easy, Semper Fi.

You have EGR so unless you have a OEM LS6 intake, you need an expandable freeze plug, I believe the size is 1 3/8. You will need 02 extensions for the 02 sensors. You need 02 sims for the rear 02 sensors since you are going catless if you don't have computer software to disable the SES light for the rear 02 sensors. That's all the stuff off the top of my head I can think of for now...

I used all of my stock hardware, no problems. I'm a big fan of electric cutout's too. Semper Fi.

I used the 02 extensions, but I've read where it's just a matter of adding wire to the existing harness. SLP sells a header installation kit that's pretty nice for doing the header install. The 02 extensions are included in the kit. The gaskets are GM pieces.

Thank you for your sacrifice. You are thought of often, and very much appreciated!
