Question Problems after Headers (AC)

We did Headers/LS6 Intake/Plugs/Wires everything went smooth until driving time she idled smooth everything went well until AC time it seems to only blow air in your feet but not directly to you. The small circle vents on the side work, as well as defrost, but no air directly to you. The two in the middle and the ones on the side. Any guesses maybe a fuse or a wire we should be checking? Any info will help specially in this HOT Texas weather...

huh that sound really weird, if you are getting air to your feet the blower motor is working, you sure you didn't disconnect the venting somehow?

Where would I find that one? But I mean everything we disconnected was connected back because it was marked off...

theres a vacuum line for the HVAC that needs to be plugged into the back of the manifold.

check that out.

Yep, I bet the small A/C vac line that goes next to the MAP sensor wiring plug is missing/off.

Yes, you can get it w/o pulling the intake. Might need to get a little mirror with a handle so you can see it better though. I had the same problem and that was my fix.

got it done without a mirror. its on the passenger side and its a hard plastic vac line. Feel around on the back of the intake and youll feel like a little nipple back there thats just open and the vac line just slides onto that.

the vacuum line as said, on the passenger side could have a break or crack in it that wont allow the vent gate to open that changes the air flow. near the PCM youll see a plastic connector that all the hard lines come into, feel around from those too to make sure everything's right

Thanks for all the great info guys. I went ahead and reached my hand back there and sure enough the line was loose. I plugged her back in and now my drive to work isn't as HOT.
