GMMG exhaust I was gonna order GMMG cat back. I met this guy and he's selling me one, but does it matter what year it is...its for an LS1, but notice when you order it you have to say what year LS1 you got..Would it still work??

The earlier years had a slightly different y-pipe than the later years, but all in all it won't make much of a difference. If there is any problem it would be where the y-pipe connects to the cat back (I-pipe). Very easy to adapt if necessary.

I think its just loud enough to appreciate it while driving around in the car, but I haven't had anyone do any drivebys for me yet so I couldn't comment how loud it is outside....except that you can definitely hear it a few houses down during idle

I didn't think it was loud until I got my converter ... now it is almost over the top for a daily driver. But the tonal quality is awesome - WOT is vicious.
