Ram air hoods come straight in, where LS1 SS hoods duct around a full 360 degrees.

Oh, I see what you ment. My system is under a factory flat non-ws6 hood.

That large length of piping with all that ribbing and the way it snakes around the radiator support seems like It has alot of turbulence and picks up some radiant engine heat.
