Which bullets are best?

Honestly, I'm not sure that eny of them will be substantially different. After all, they are all a straight through design, with some type of perforated outer sheath and deadening material.
The main difference is going to be construction. One with a welded seam running the length will rust quicker (rust starts at welds, usually), but be cheaper than a seamless one. I've got a 4" Dynomax right after my Mufflex 4" y-pipe, dumping before the axle, and I love it.

All bullet mufflers should flow pretty well. Not sure on the flowmasters, nothing flowmaster seems to flow very well.
Dynomax bullets flow well, sound okay and are cheap so you see them a lot. Borla XR1's sound better and still flow very well.

i remember seeing the flow post sometime back, and the dynomax bullet was the highest flow of ALL and any muffler; in fact it almost outflowed whatever flowmeter they were using. I believe it was 2200cfm on the flow #. Flowmaster (80 series atleast) flowed something like 330, and a Borla catback (closed) was around 900-1100, but I may be a little off.
