Default FAST90mm Vs Kooks 1 7/8-2in

I've got a nasty 408 that still needs more mods. Numbers are in sig. I have stock intake and pacesetter headers. Like the title says, which should i do?

Kooks 1 7/8in stepped to 2 inch headers

or

FAST 90/90

I'd probably go with the Kooks, as they will benifit more with a big shot than the intake... that is, if you are planning on spraying it. If not, I'd run the 90/90 probably...

go with the headers.
You'll need the exhaust more so than the intake. I know of a guy running a LARGE shot with the LS6 and he had the LSX on there... Didn't gain more than a couple HP in peak, but slower at the track... I'd suggest the Kooks setup, and a good exhaust setup behind them.

I agree, with the spray the headers will give the better gains, on motor alone, probably a toss up.

There are even some bigger options, and some in-betweens that are rarely seen too...

Don't know, I haven't tried them on yet. I did have the stepped 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 and they were fine. Hopefully these 2"ers will be the same.
