slp air lid i just installed an slp air lid on my 98 TA and it looks great. car runs fine and slight feel in hp increase. only ques is that i followed the step by step instructions to put it on and there was nothing said about a vacuum hose that connects to the silensors/ baffles that are removed, so now i have a hose that is sucking air just sitting in my engine compartment. is this ok or should i have done sommthing with this hose?/ anyone know what im talkin bout??? input appreciated thnx!!

My SLP lid came with a hose to connect to the AIR hose from the lid.
If you have a hole in the lid, you want to connect your air hose to it.
OR, you can plug the hole in the lid and get a small air filter to put in the end of the factory AIR hose, then tie wrap it to something to keep it from flopping around.
