When i drive the car and every thing is ok suddenly the RPM stop @4000RPM and go up how can i fix my TB ??

That won't help. you have to send it back to FAST the first throttle bodies they made were paper weights. i don't know if the new ones are any good but good luck.

I had one of the "fixed" ones on my car for about a week. I loved having to sit at redlights and tap the gas trying to get it to come down from 4500rpm. Got rid of it and bought a TPIS (this was before NW came out) and couldn't be happier, no problems at all.

The fixes always were,

1. machine a flat spot to the throttle cam so the stop bolt does not slip.

2. wind the spring tight as ****

3. was the inside of the tb with some real smoot ****.

4. Try to find where it is getting hung up at and use a dremel to clean up the area or
widen it a tad,

careful with the dremel though , to much and you will idle high forever.
