I believe the #17 Brisks are cooler than TR55s (maybe even cooler than TR6s??).

Ngk TR55's are great plugs. I have run Bosch, Champion, Autolite, Splitfire. NGK's run the best in my car. Others foul quickly or I get stumbling. Oh, I have also tried Rapid Fires and they suck. Hope that helps.
