Spark Plug Wires

If you do burn one or a few I'm sure MSD will replace it free of charge. I had one wire that was 2500ohms while the rest were 40, I called MSD directly and one of their tech's sent me not 1 but 5 replacement wires first class air mail for free.
Also the easiest way to get the #8 wire/plug is from under the car if you have headers, never changed them before with stock manifold but from the looks of it they would be a PITA.
P.S. No flaming on the bbk shorties, they came with the car when I bought it lol

Not sure why you would go though all that trouble putting those bulky heat shields when elitesparkplugs.com ignition wires incorporates the fire heat sleeves into wires already so much neater in my opinion and they are guarantee them for life (no other company gives that kind of guarantee …. Can’t beat that deal) Check out all the colors offered
Check out some of the wires and what they look like

Headers produce more heat then your typical exhaust manifold plus Elitesparkplugs.com prices for their wires are just as much as your typical wires replacement
I think they are the same maybe a 5 dollars more .... plus they are 9mm wires and a life time warrantee can’t beat that for the price.

WS6Firebird where did you buy your wires? I'm not seeing GM wires of any kind for less then $75...

Good quality and fit. Let's see how they hold up.
Cheap Chinese made wires. They will work for a while but the voltage from the LS1 coils will burn them up with in 30k.
GMPP!!!
