Default Machine gun exhaust

I ahve pacesetter LTs, TSP ORY, Hooker catback with a "open" cutout in the Y-pipe. I was just wondering why my exhaust sounds like I have glass packs when I go WOT at lower RPMs. Really sounds like ****. Kinda like a machine gun going off. How can I fix this problem???

That is rasp. Only way that I know personally to fix it is to add cats or keep the cutout closed.

Are you telling him to put it before or after the cutout? If he does it after, it won't help his problem. I don't know if there is enough room to put it before. It would depend on where his cutout is located.
